I didn't see a Red-breasted Sapsucker in Rockville Hills Regional Park until the Fall of 2019. But the evidence of the sapsuckers' presence is all around the park. This first photo of the bird is from Lake Solano. The second photo is the one shot of a sapsucker taken at the park--not a great shot, but useful for documentation. The remainder of the photos are the "evidence."
